Project Overview

Carlyle House is a landmark Art Deco building located in prime Upper East Side area, on Madison Avenue. Ground and second floors of the retail spaces were available for lease. The digital marketing presentation was created to showcase the highlights of the property with the consideration to be used while touring the space using iPads.

The design reflected the sensibility and architectural components of the building, while acknowledging the potential use of the space for high-end fashion and luxury retail brands.
