Project Overview

2 Park Avenue is a landmark Art Deco office building on Park Avenue in Midtown East whose three penthouse floors were renovated and available for lease. The custom branding of the penthouse was created to integrate the contemporary design of the renovation and highlight the original Art Deco features of the building.

The 2 Park Avenue marketing campaign featured traditional and digital efforts to promote and connect the available spaces to the appropriate tenants, including print advertising in industry publications, branded gifts for select brokerage professionals, and email campaigns to the local brokerage community.
