Project Overview

2 Pierrepont Street, a multi-family building located on the waterfront in northwestern Brooklyn (Brooklyn Heights), where condominium sales far outperform the rest of the borough due to the incredible views of the Manhattan skyline and the abundant surrounding retail, parks, and attractions.

Custom branding and digital presentation were created for virtual meetings and on-site tours. The design plays off of the prestige of the neighborhood with a residential look and feel, while also implemented a texture that referenced the windows of the building.
